Our product is 100% virgin hair. Please understand that each bundle comes from a different donor and color, wave pattern and texture are never guaranteed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping/Delivery
All BLB products are shipped via USPS.com. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing and shipping. During the holidays and or promotional sale please allow 7-20 business days for processing and shipping due to COVID-19. All packages will require a signature for delivery. In the event that your package is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, the customer must pay for shipping again in order for package/s to be shipped to the correct address.
